The agreement that governs your use of Corsable. Effective June 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Corsable ("Corsable", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Corsable platform, websites, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Corsable is a competency-based learning and development platform. Depending on your plan, the Service may include:
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate or assess content. AI-generated lessons, presenter videos, tutor responses, and scoring outputs may contain errors and are designed to assist, not replace, human judgement. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for any decision, including assessment or certification outcomes.
"Customer Content" means the frameworks, documents, media, learner data, and other materials you or your members submit to the Service. As between you and Corsable, you retain all ownership of, and responsibility for, your Customer Content.
You grant Corsable a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, display, and adapt Customer Content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with law. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your Customer Content and to grant this licence.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
We may suspend access to address a material or urgent breach, or a security or legal risk.
The Service is free for individual learners. Organisation tiers are paid and are billed according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, are non-refundable except where required by law, and paid plans renew for successive terms until cancelled.
We may change pricing or plan features on a prospective basis, with notice taking effect at your next renewal. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
The Service, including its software, models, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Corsable and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content, assessments, scores, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for human review of outputs that inform consequential decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to Corsable for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or where required to address a legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
For a reasonable period after termination, and subject to our obligations and policies, you may export your Customer Content and evidence records. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and take reasonable steps to notify you. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the courts of [jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
